What’s LiveStyle & Sleep's return and refund policy?

In our continuous effort to provide the most memorable experience and satisfaction with your purchase, LiveStyle & Sleep may offer you numerous options and opportunities before issuing your refund. In certain cases where we are not able to satisfy you at that point in time we will issue you a prompt full refund or exchange.

Generally, we will accept only returns within 30 days from the date of the receipt as long as the merchandise is still new and in its required original packaging including all the accessories that came with it. It is important that any merchandise returned must comply with our conditions. Please, keep your item, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories in new and unused condition to avoid any additional fees.

No Refunds

• LiveStyle & Sleep will not issue a refund on any item which during your possession of the merchandise got damaged, broken, is missing parts, or the tags and/or serial number has been removed, tampered or manipulated. This includes but not limited to any reasons not due to errors or mistakes from LiveStyle & Sleep.

• LiveStyle & Sleep will not issue a refund on any form of entertainment media like software, video games and applications that has been downloaded or used. Also personal products including but not limited to items like mattresses and other beddings items are also non refundable but they could be exchanged for something else of equal or greater value.

• LiveStyle & Sleep will not issue a refund on any item that displays or shows any sign of abuse, wear and tear.

Exceptional Refunds

• Any unopened item still in its original condition that is returned more than 30 days but within 90 days after receipt will be subject to 80% refund of total item price.

• Any item that is not in its original condition and packaging and/or missing any of the accessories that came with it will be subject to 50% refund of total item price.

Please note that LiveStyle & Sleep by its sole discrepancies has the right to deny any return. This includes but not limited to any additional exclusions that may apply.

How do I return an item by LiveStyle & Sleep?

To return any item, you must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise to LiveStyle & Sleep. You can request an RA number online by contacting us . Be sure to understand our return policies to avoid any inconvenience. The Return Authorization numbers (RA) that will be issued to you is valid within 10 business days from issued date.

NOTE: Return shipping may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not as a result of LiveStyle & Sleep error. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges if return is as a result of buyer’s error.

Merchandise should be carefully repacked with original packaging and shipped cautiously. While you are returning the item, LiveStyle & Sleep will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred while the package is being returned. Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to you accordingly.

In order for LiveStyle & Sleep to process your return in a timely manner, please carefully review and follow the procedures outlined:

• Please use the original manufacturers' boxes and packaging.

• Carefully and cautiously package all returns to prevent damage in transit.

• Use shipping labels on cartons being returned.

• All returns must have an RA number printed on the return shipping label.

• Do not write addresses or RA numbers on the outside of the manufacturers' boxes. Products must be in resalable condition to receive credit.

• All returns must be unused and include all components, accessories, cables, software and manuals in the original shipment.

Returned items must be free of intentional damage or abuse. There will be a careful inspection of returned items before issuing any credits, exchanges or refunds.

The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING OR MANUFACTURER’S CARTON, BOXES OR PACKAGING.

How can I return a gift?

LiveStyle & Sleep allows gift recipients and gift givers to return gift items purchased in LiveStyle & Sleep. The type of refund or credit you will receive is dependent on the method of purchase and how the gift was returned. Once your gift request for a return is processed, you'll receive a refund to the original payment method or a gift card/ store credit if you were the gift giver. A gift card/ store credit will be issued if you were the gift recipient. The gift recipient will only receive a gift card or store credit. If you have not received your gift card/store credit yet, please contact us .

I've returned my item. How and when will I receive my refund?

As soon as we have received your item, we will begin processing your refund and depending on your method of payment, you should receive it within 3-15 business days. However, if you ship the item back to LiveStyle & Sleep at your own expense, it may take longer to receive your refund. If the return is as a result of an LiveStyle & Sleep error and you shipped the item back to LiveStyle & Sleep on your own, any shipping cost you enquire will be refunded once we have processed the return. To prevent having to pay for the shipping costs of the return, please visit our support room to make a request to receive a pre-paid label.

Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Credit Card: Refund by Credit Card within 3-10 business days after return is received

Bank Account: Refund by Bank Account in up to 10 business days after return is received

LiveStyle & Sleep.com Gift Card: Refund by Gift Card Balance within 1-2 business days after return is received.

The type of refund or credit you received depends on how to the gift was purchased and how it was returned. You can also be refunded in the form of a store credit.

I refused/cancelled my order, yet I have not received my refund?

If you refused or cancelled your order and you haven't received a refund within 10-15 business days of the date the shipment was refused/cancelled, please contact us for additional assistance. Note: it is very important that you follow all the instructions outlined above and beyond or else it could take a bit longer for your refund to be processed.

I have not yet received my order, what should I do?

What's LiveStyle & Sleep.com's exchange policy?

If any merchandise is to be exchanged, LiveStyle & Sleep will offer you a store credit of the full amount of original item which you can use towards making another purchase. It is important that the exchange must comply with our conditions. No Exchanges and Replacements

• LiveStyle & Sleep will not issue an exchange or replacement on any item which during your possession of the merchandise got damaged, broken, is missing parts, or the tags and/or serial number has been removed, tampered or manipulated. This includes but not limited to any reasons not due to errors or mistakes from LiveStyle & Sleep. Exceptional Exchanges

• Any form of entertainment media like CD/DVD/Blue Ray media, software, video games that has been opened or removed from its original plastic wrap can only be replaced or exchanged with the exact same identical item. Also personal products including but not limited to items like mattresses and other beddings items could be exchanged for something else of equal or greater value.

If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, contact us to return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like to purchase.

I received broken or damaged item(s), what should I do?

All brand new items are guaranteed to be free of defective. If you receive an item that was damaged, please contact us to report the damage within 7 days of receiving the item. Please keep the product in the original shipping box in original factory carton with all original packing materials. All returned defective items will be tested and if found defective, a replacement will be shipped immediately. If due to poor packaging, give us your feedback by contacting us about the packaging.

I received defective or non-functioning item(s), what should I do?

Almost all products come with a form of instruction booklet or manual. If you sense or determine that your item is defective or not functioning properly, please read and evaluate the product manual and the LiveStyle & Sleep or manufacturers detail and support page for the product. General information and troubleshooting can be found in the product manual or support page. Additional assistance and support for any missing accessories, replacement parts or warranty information can be provided by contacting the product's manufacturer directly.
